At CustomEmbroideryPatches.ca, we aim to make your experience seamless and trustworthy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
- Our craftsmen work based on the brief you provide. Please share detailed information to ensure your vision is captured accurately.
- You can request unlimited revisions on the digital draft. Once approved, changes cannot be guaranteed. If issues arise, contact our support team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- You retain full ownership of any logos or designs that you share with us. Custom patches created by our team are yours to keep.
- You confirm that the designs submitted are original and do not infringe on another company’s intellectual property. We reserve the right to take legal action if this is violated.
- We do accept international orders. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and duty charges associated with their order.
- Customized orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, partial refunds may apply. Refer to our Order Cancellation Policy for details.
- CustomEmbroideryPatches.ca is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
