Refunds Are Applicable If:
The order was canceled within the specified time frame. Refunds will follow the percentages outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.
Payment was accidentally deducted more than once.
The wrong product was sent. In such cases, our Return & Exchange Policy may also apply.
The size, color, or other specifications were missed by us, and the customization was not completed as requested.
Refunds Are Not Applicable If:
The buyer changes their mind without a valid reason.
The buyer is unsatisfied with the quality of the final product.
The buyer is unsatisfied with the design after approving it prior to production.
The buyer is inactive during the refund process.
The buyer involves a third party (friend, family, or lawyer) instead of submitting the claim directly.
Note: Custom Embroidery Patches Canada reserves the right to refuse any refund claim at its discretion.
