Order Cancellation Policy

At customembroiderypatches.ca, we value flexibility and want our clients to feel in control of their orders. However, to protect the time, effort, and materials invested by our skilled designers and craftsmen, we have outlined the following order cancellation policy:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any deduction.
Cancellation requests after 24 hours incur a 10% deduction.
Cancellation requests after 48 hours incur a 30% deduction.
Cancellation requests after 72 hours incur a 60% deduction.
Cancellation requests made after 72 hours will only be refunded for shipping charges.
Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Important Note on Custom Orders

Customized orders require additional effort, materials, and resources, and cannot be reused for another client. Therefore, cancellation of custom orders may not be possible depending on the stage of production.

This policy ensures fairness for our team while maintaining a high standard of service and quality for all clients.
