Refund Policy
At customembroiderypatches.ca, we pride ourselves on being customer-focused and providing excellent service. Our support team is always ready to help resolve any issues related to your order. If a refund is requested for a valid reason, the following policy will apply:
Refunds Are Applicable If:
- The order was canceled within the specified time frame. Refunds will follow the percentages outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.
- Payment was accidentally deducted more than once.
- The wrong product was sent. In such cases, our Return & Exchange Policy may also apply.
- The size, color, or other specifications were missed by us, and the customization was not completed as requested.
Refunds Are Not Applicable If:
- The buyer changes their mind without a valid reason.
- The buyer is unsatisfied with the quality of the final product.
- The buyer is unsatisfied with the design after approving it prior to production.
- The buyer is inactive during the refund process.
- The buyer involves a third party (friend, family, or lawyer) instead of submitting the claim directly.
Note: Custom Embroidery Patches Canada reserves the right to refuse any refund claim at its discretion.
